The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to the needs of the patients in the waiting area. My provider, Jennifer, had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. She was knowledgeable and didn’t try and sell me on one treatment option. She advised me of all treatments available and the risks associated with each. I will definitely be going back to this location.
Jennifer Snipes, PA, was extremely courteous, compassionate, competent and professional. She listened to my concerns as well as performing an examination of the areas of concern. She also explained her medical observations and opinions in terms that I could understand and manage. I cannot say enough good about this PA and her clinic.
Customer service was professional, friendly, and did not feel forced. Everything was perfect, truly will recommend the Plano office to everyone. I would also like to mention that I set up my appointment incorrectly at a different location; they were able to get me looked at within 5 min of arriving despite having no paperwork and nothing scheduled at that location.
